Quadriplegic Man Arrested for Running Marijuana Grow House
Ocala, Florida police made a bust on a marijuana grow house Saturday night. Deputies received a phone tip about the house; when they arrived the man residing there told them he did indeed have marijuana – saying it was an experiment – and proceeded to show them where it was; six plants over a foot tall.
The man is a quadriplegic and reportedly said that his caregivers are his arms and legs and do as he asks. The man was arrested and charged with the cultivation and possession of marijuana. He also revealed to police about 40 grams of marijuana in a bag, 50 marijuana seeds, and two bongs.
