Fresno Police Board Up Medical-Marijuana Clinic
The MedMar Medical Marijuana Clinic – which has been involved in an ongoing battle with the city of Fresno, CA – has been boarded up by police. When they arrived to serve a search warrant on Friday, officers found the business closed and apparently “cleaned out.”
A judge ordered clinic owner Rick Morse back to jail on Thursday, and said the police could use force to shut down the dispensary after Morse violated a court order to stop selling the medicine.
